By downloading, installing, or using any of the Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Application
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
- Use the Application for commercial exploitation
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of BlueTako Games.
2. IN-APP PURCHASES
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, virtual items, feature unlocks, advertisement removal, and content packs.
All purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their billing terms and refund policies. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not store payment details.
Virtual Items
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed, and are licensed, not sold. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time without liability.
3. ADVERTISEMENTS
The Application may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. If a “Remove Ads” feature is purchased, ads may be removed where technically supported. We do not control third-party ad content.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may integrate third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, billing, and performance monitoring. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining device security, ensuring your device meets system requirements, and any data charges incurred. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and void warranties.
User-Generated Content
You agree not to create or upload content that is offensive, hateful, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove such content and restrict access.
7. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
8. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Certain features require internet access. We are not responsible for network failures, connectivity interruptions, or data charges.
9. FAIR USE & ANTI-CHEAT
We reserve the right to respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity. Prohibited actions include manipulating game data, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software. Violations may result in termination of access.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueTako Games shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.
12. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
13. UPDATES & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We may modify features, update content, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with all devices.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueTako Games regarding the Application.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
